Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All bookings must be secured at the time of booking. Please ensure you are available at your selected time before confirming your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. This allows the time to be offered to another client. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less that 48 hours noticed will be charged 50% of booking fee If you arrive late to your session, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to other bookings. In the rare event that a session needs to be rescheduled from our side, you will be offered an alternative appointment. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
